LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Faith Lutheran High School, near West Charleston Boulevard and Hualapai Way, is closed today because a possible connection to the novel coronavirus.
According to a post on social media, the school learned that a member of the "Faith Family" was seen by a doctor on Thursday. The doctor sent that person to be tested for COVID-19. The person was unable to be tested because of a lack of tests, but was advised to stay home.
Faith Lutheran decided to cancel classes on Friday out of an abundance of caution.
School was already canceled on March 16 and 17.
