A Nevada man has been arrested for suspicion of attempted murder in a shooting Sparks police say stemmed from a drug deal arranged on Facebook.
Police said Tuesday that 18-year-old Faleniko "Frankie" Pulalasi also is accused of conspiring to commit robbery and two counts of battery with a deadly weapon.
Lt. Chad Hawkins told the Reno Gazette-Journal Pulalasi had a history with the man he allegedly shot in the foot near the Sparks Marina on Oct. 15.
Hawkins says the victim was at a friend's apartment when they made arrangements with another friend on Facebook to purchase marijuana.
Pulalasi was being held Tuesday in the Washoe County Jail on $120,000 bail.
District court records indicate he'll be represented by a public defender at his arraignment scheduled Jan. 7.
