LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Employ NV Business Hub is a new resource to help local businesses navigate the current economy and help hire new workers.
And the hub is planning to be a great way for employers to look for potential hires.
The Vegas Chamber says the resource is a place where employers can access the public workforce development system. The first hub is in place at the Chamber's headquarters.
The center will be staffed with workforce development professionals who can help employers with funding, training, hiring, talent development, recruiting, and more.
The project is a coordinated effort between workforce connections, the Nevada Department of Employment, the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, the Vegas Chamber, and the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District.
A second hub will eventually be at the Sahara West Library.
