On April 22 around 9:17 p.m. a serious injury crash happened on Desert Inn Road and Fort Apache Road.
Investigators say a 1996 MercedesBenz E320 was turning left from westbound Desert Inn Road to southbound Fort Apache Road on a permissive traffic light.
A 2010 Lexus GS350 was traveling eastbound on Desert Inn Road.
The Mercedes crossed the path of the Lexus resulting in a collision. The driver of the Lexus and Passenger from the Mercedes were transported to the hospital from the scene.
Impairment was suspected on the driver of the Mercedes. This collision remains under investigation by the LVMPD Accident Investigations Section.
