A woman is recovering after she was robbed around midnight near Bruce Street and Owens Avenue.
Police say that three people came up to the woman and grabbed her purse.
But that is not all. They also tried to zip tie her before taking off.
So far, there have not been any arrests. It is not known if the victim was transported to a hospital.
