VIDEO: Brazen robbery caught on camera in North Las Vegas

NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — North Las Vegas police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in a robbery that occurred earlier in February.

Officers responded to a business in the 1600 block of North Main Street, near Owens Avenue, about a report of a robbery on Feb. 10 at about 2 p.m.

The North Las Vegas Police Department's preliminary investigation indicated a white man and a Hispanic man entered the store, picked out drink items, walked over to the counter and pepper sprayed the cashier.

Authorities said this robbery also included the cashier being hit on the head multiple times with one of the men stealing several cartons of cigarettes.

Police described the first thief as a young Hispanic male about 5-feet 8-inches tall and approximately 150 pounds with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, gray sweater, and gray pants.

Police described the second suspect as a young white male about 5-feet 8-inches tall and also approximately 150 pounds with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black and purple baseball hat, gray shirt, striped gloves, and gray pants.
