LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police make an arrest after a decomposing body was found earlier this year near Rancho High School.
On May 31, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department had received a report of a deceased person located in a dirt lot near the intersection of Searles Avenue and 23rd Street.
Arriving patrol officers located the body, but police say it was not immediately known whether the person was a victim of a crime.
