UPDATE FEB. 4: The arrest report for Ryan Lorraine has been released.

The report describes how the victim woke up to find Lorraine crouched while in the nudge beside her bed with a rope. When she asked why he had the rope, he allegedly told her that he had considered using it to restrain her.

Lorraine then reportedly forced the victim to perform oral sex more than once and also performed oral sex on the victim.

Lorraine eventually stopped and went into his room and went to sleep. She then snuck out of the house and made contact with police shortly before 2 a.m. Jan. 27.

Lorraine is facing multiple charges, including sexual assault of an older person, battery with intent to commit sexual assault and sexually motivate coercion with physical force.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police report a sexual assault suspect is in custody a day after he eluded officers the during overnight hours.

Detectives initially said they responded to the 700 block of Langtry Drive to investigate a disturbance call on Jan. 27 at about 2 a.m.

Officers said they met a victim at a nearby residence and learned that she had been sexually assaulted. Police identified the wanted man in connection with the incident as 54-year-old Ryan Lorraine.

Tuesday, Loraine was taken into custody by the Criminal Apprehension Team in the area of Summerlin Parkway and Rampart Boulevard without incident and transported to the Clark County Detention Center.
