According to the arrest report for Al'Dijon Williams, he stood over 16-year-old LaMadre Harris and laughed after shooting him in a strip mall parking lot.

18-year-old Williams, also known as "Fatty," was arrested on Nov. 20 for the death of Harris.

Harris was shot several times on Nov. 13 near West Centennial Parkway and North Goldfield Street. He was initially expected to survive but died at a local hospital.

The shooting was captured by a surveillance camera at a convenience store. Another security camera in a different store also caught Williams on camera.

Williams and Harris can be seen exchanging words on camera before Williams reportedly pulls out a gun and begins shooting. After Harris falls to the ground, Williams walks closer and shoots him once more at close range.

The suspect may have shot Harris because of whom Harris was supposedly dating.

"Numerous" people told police that Williams had talked about "shooting and killing other people in the days and hours" before Harris was shot.
