Las Vegas police are continuing to look for a man suspected of pointing a cell phone up a woman's dress last fall.

Around 9:45 p.m. Sept. 30, officers were dispatched to a retail store located in the 6100 block of West Lake Mead Boulevard, near Jones Boulevard, to investigate a report of a suspicious person.

Arriving officers located a woman who reported that while she was shopping, a man not known to her was standing very close to her in an aisle for no apparent reason. The suspect then knelt down next to the victim, and she noticed the suspect had a cell phone in his hand and it was pointed underneath her dress.

When confronted about pointing the phone underneath her dress, the suspect left the store.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic man, who was about 45 years of age. He stood approximately 6 feet tall and weighed about 190 pounds.

Detectives have exhausted all leads in this case and seek the public’s assistance identifying and locating the suspect.
