33 people were arrested on day one of the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, according to Las Vegas police.
The event took place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from 6 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Saturday.
According to statistics from police, 29 out of the 33 arrests were narcotics-related. Three other people were arrested on misdemeanor charges, and one person was charged with drunk driving.
137,582 people attended the first day of EDC, according to organizer Insomniac Productions. 32 people were ejected from the event.
EDC will continue through Monday morning.
