Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 26-year-old Zackariah William Robbins on Feb. 19 for two counts of domestic violence/aggravated assault.
Robbins' parents called the sheriff's office and said that Robbins had assaulted them with a baseball bat. Cops say Robbins was intoxicated at the time of the assault. Robbins' father had been hit in the head and his mother was hit in the ribs. Both parents' injuries were deemed minor.
Robbins attempted to run from the residence when deputies arrived but he was apprehended after a short foot chase. Robbins has since been booked into the Mohave County jail.
