UPDATE APRIL 19: Soon after the release of surveillance video from this crime, detectives received information about a possible suspect. Through the course of the investigation, detectives identified 22-year-old Nicholas Pino as the suspect in this case.

Pino was located at a residence in Henderson and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he currently faces charges of sexual assault (2 counts), battery to commit sexual assault (2 counts) and kidnapping.

On April 16, Las Vegas officers investigated a report of sexual assault at a business on the 4100 Block of South Sandhill Road, near Flamingo.

Detectives learned that a woman was alone when a man came into the business. Police said the man asked her if she was the only one in the store before grabbing her and committing the sexual assault.

The man proceeded to leave the business in a white sedan.

Detectives describe the man as a white or Asian adult in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches, and with a slim build. The man had brown hair, was clean shaven, and was described as having acne.

He was last seen wearing glasses, blue jeans, and a black T-shirt with the letters SWS in large letters inside of a red circle on the front of the shirt.
