UPDATE: The Clark County coroner has identified the couple who were discovered deceased on Wednesday as 83-year-old Donna Kim from Las Vegas and 79-year-old John Kim from Las Vegas. The official cause of death for both is still pending.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are investigating what appears to be a murder-suicide at a healthcare facility at 2832 South Maryland Parkway, which is near Sunrise Hospital.
Police say that the incident was reported at 11:36 a.m. Upon arrival, they found an adult male and adult female who were deceased, one with apparent gunshot wounds.
The victims appeared to be husband and wife. Police say he shot himself and then his wife.
UPDATE: It was a husband and wife. She had been at the facility since March. He visited often. He shot her, then himself. @KTNV
