ORIGINAL STORY
Police say an altercation over parking at a liquor store near Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard led to a deadly punch early Sunday morning.

Lt. Ray Spencer with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's homicide unit says around 1:15 a.m. two men pulled into the parking lot next to a woman who was in her car and taking up two parking spots.

Spencer says the driver of that car began arguing with the woman.

Shortly thereafter, two more men pulled into the parking lot and began to argue with the man who confronted the woman and his passenger.

Spencer said in a matter of seconds the two men from the second car to pull up threw one punch a piece hitting the two men from the first car.

Both of the victims were taken to UMC Trauma where one died and the other is in critical condition.

Police say they are still looking for the two men from the second car and they are asking for help from several apparent witnesses who were in the parking lot at the time.
