NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A man is in custody tonight after a standoff with police.
The barricade was located near Centennial Parkway and Walnut Road in North Las Vegas.
North Las Vegas Police responded to a dispute between neighbors this afternoon.

When they got to the scene a man was armed with an AR-15 style rifle and he refused commands then barricaded in his home.
Nearby areas had to be evacuated.
Police say the man will now face charges of assault with a deadly weapon and aiming a gun at a human being.
