NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A probationary officer with the North Las Vegas Police Department was charged with driving under the influence on July 26.
NLVPD says that Anna Gallagher backed into another vehicle in a parking lot around 1:24 a.m.
No one was injured in the collision.
Gallagher completed the police academy in June. She is on administrative leave pending the investigation.
This is the 2nd DUI arrest for the department this month.
Clinton Ryan resigned his position as assistant chief after being arrested on July 21.
