Additionally, after the crash, she reportedly admitted to drinking two White Claws.

Hubbard-Jones told police that Prescia had told him that she was going to beat him home that day.

Several witnesses testified in front of the grand jury, describing how they saw Presica’s 2020 Hyundai traveling at a very high rate of speed on Rampart Boulevard before the crash.

One of the witnesses asked Prescia after the crash what she was thinking and she reportedly mumbled something about running a red light.

The transcript also contains information about the blood alcohol test. According to the transcript, Prescia did not receive one until 2 hours later because she was receiving medical treatment. That test revealed her BAC was 0.176, more than 2 times the legal limit. Another test an hour later resulted in a 0.152 BAC. Prescia also had cocaine in her system at the time of the crash.

Prescia and Hubbard-Jones have been charged with 2nd-degree murder, reckless driving and child abuse.
