The man who was driving a minivan when his passenger fell out will appear in court today.
22-year-old Rodrigo Cruz was driving the van near Hollywood Boulevard and Sahara Avenue Sunday when police say his passenger intentionally stuck his body out of a car window and pushed a woman on a bike to the ground.

The passenger then fell out of the moving car and hit a pole. Both the passenger and the person riding the bike died.
Cruz is now facing several charges including open murder.
