A man was shot Wednesday night while he was leaving a Bank of America ATM.
The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. near Desert Inn Road and Maryland Parkway. Police said the man was returning to vehicle after leaving the ATM when he was approached by three suspects. He was shot while attempting to retrieve his property.
The man was transported to the hospital where he is in surgery. His condition is unknown.
Roads have been blocked off in the area as police investigate.
