A male teen was shot after a confrontation with several people Sunday afternoon.
Police said the shooting occurred around 1:23 p.m. in the 7600 block of Tender Tassels Street, near Fort Apache and Farm roads. The teen received a single gunshot wound to the lower body.
The teen was transported to University Medical Center. His injury is considered non-life threatening.
The suspected shooter remains at large. The investigation is ongoing.
