A man allegedly demanded his firearm from a business last month, saying he needed it to use for a mass shooting.

According to a Clark County Grand Jury indictment filed Wednesday, Mike Williams called Fallout Firearms in North Las Vegas on Feb. 15.

He has been indicted on one count of making threats or conveying false information concerning an act of terrorism or presence, delivery, dispersion, release or use of biological agent or toxin.
