The man who was arrested in connection to last month's burglary in Summerlin was the driver of the getaway vehicle caught on video.

Arron Lair was arrested on Dec. 2 for charges related to the Nov. 10 burglary near Lake Mead and Rampart boulevards. An arrest warrant was issue just eight days after the crime. He was also connected to a burglary near Cheyenne Avenue and Durango Drive.

Police also arrested Michael Waters.

It all began after an alarm linked to the homeowner's cell phone went off. The homeowner called 911, and then neighbor Brett McCann.

McCann immediately sprang into action.

"What are you guys doing?" McCann said in the viral video as four men rushed out from the home.

The arrest warrant indicated that there was damage to resident's front door and the suspects had tried to get away with a safe but it was left at the door.

According to the warrant, Henderson police recognized Lair from a previous home invasion and burglary case they investigated.

Lair has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 21.
