LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — On Oct. 11, Sexual Assault detectives with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested 36-year-old Luis Moreno in connection to a series of events which occurred in the early hours of the day.
During two events, Moreno met with the victims in his vehicle and proceeded to sexually assault them at gunpoint.
In a third event, Moreno attempted to kidnap the victim at gunpoint, but the victim was able to escape.
This is an ongoing investigation, and detectives believe there may be additional victims who have not come forward.
