NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — North Las Vegas have arrested the man they believe is responsible for a deadly double shooting on Jan. 10.
Police say a man and woman were shot shortly before 3:30 a.m. near North Pecos Road and Cheyenne Avenue.
Both victims were taken to University Medical Center where the woman was pronounced deceased.
The man was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.

Rico Lagasca, 31, has been booked into the North Las Vegas jail. He is facing charges of open murder with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, battery with use of deadly weapon, 2nd degree kidnapping, assault with deadly weapon and carry a concealed weapon without a permit.
