UPDATE DEC. 31: Las Vegas police have released the arrest report for Toby Wilcox.

Wilcox told police that he was with a group of people when they came across a 1985 White Camaro with Ohio plates behind the Cheetah's Lounge on Western Avenue.

Wilcox admitted that he and his group would often steal rims to sell or for themselves.

Wilcox said that the victim came out of the lounge and began fighting with someone in the group. He picked up a "stick with white paint" and hit the victim once in the head.

Wilcox said he did not mean to kill the man.

The "stick with white paint" was later determined to be a table leg.

An arrest warrant was issued based on physical evidence and Wilcox's confession.
