A man allegedly seen in a video where a dog was severely beaten has been arrested.
Daman Holmes was arrested Friday afternoon in the 600 block of Boulder Highway, near Sahara Avenue, for outstanding warrants of aggravated stalking and felony animal abuse. He has been booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

Earlier this month, a video went viral showing a man later identified as Holmes allegedly beating up the dog and making threats to family members. It was originally sent to Animal Advocate Gina Greisen with Nevada Voters for Animals.
Fortunately, the dog, now named Kellina, is in a good condition and will soon be ready for adoption.
