A man was arrested in connection with a sexual assault at a Mesquite casino this past weekend.

Around 2 a.m. April 28, Mesquite police responded to a report of a sexual assault at an unnamed casino. Officers saw the man suspected in the incident running from the scene and then pursued him. He was found hiding in a desert area and arrested.
23-year-old Mojave Jon Brown of St. George, Utah, was arrested on charges of sexual assault, kidnapping and obstructing a public officer.
Brown was transported and booked into Clark County Detention Center.
