UPDATE 2:45 P.M.: The arrest report from Nov. 27 says that the responding officer met with the Luxor hotel-casino surveillance officer on Nov. 24 and was told that a known cheater, Badri Tsertsvadze, had gambled at multiple craps tables. The man allegedly slid the dice on 18 occasions, which is an intentional attempt at altering the odds.

The officer then arrested Tsertsvadze at the Flamingo hotel-casino on Nov. 27 but he couldn't be questioned due to him being unable to speak English.

ORIGINAL STORY: 44-year-old Badri Tsertsvadzet was arrested on Nov. 28 on multiple counts of cheating at gambling.

Tsertsvadzet is accused of cheating at craps at the Luxor hotel-casino but was arrested at the Flamingo hotel-casino.

This is a developing story.
