ORIGINAL STORY
LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are investigating a suspicious item found inside a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.
Around 12:49 p.m., a woman called police regarding a suspicious item in her car after finding it burglarized in the 1600 block of North Pecos Road, near Owens Avenue.
Officers arrived and deemed the item suspicious so they requested additional resources to investigate.
The surrounding area has been evacuated.
