Police said Taylor then crashed into two other occupied vehicles and the stolen vehicle rolled over in the 700 block of North Rancho Drive, near Bonanza Road.
One person was injured in the crash, reported around 2:15 p.m. It is unknown who was injured.
According to Taylor's arrest report, he identified himself under a different name and told police he was high on marijuana and meth and had two beers. He also said a girl gave him the vehicle. Even after police told him he was lying about his information, he maintained the different name.
