LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A hearing for a mother accused of shooting and killing her 3-year-old son has been pushed back.
Jasmin Vargas' lawyer says more time is needed to go through the information.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says the 25-year-old was showing off her gun to a friend last month when she pointed the gun in the direction of two kids and pulled the trigger.
Vargas allegedly told police she didn't know the gun was loaded.
She is scheduled to be back in court on Jan. 26.
