According to the arrest report for Conti, he admitted to downloading pornographic material using eMule.

When police asked him if it was alright for a child to be filmed while being sexually assaulted by an adult, Conti reportedly replied “I think it’s acceptable if they’re doing it…, I’m truing to say that parents sometimes allow things to happen to their children that other people don’t like to happen.”

When pressed for a more definite answer, Conti allegedly said it was up to the belief of the parent of the child that was being molested.

Conti also reportedly admitted that the videos of child porn turned him on as long as the subjects in the videos had nice bodies and were good looking and that he had been downloading a variety of files for about 20 years.

The report says that Conti was “very unapologetic about downloading CP and showed a complete lack of empathy for the victims… .”

Police recovered about 22 terabytes of data containing more than 31,000 images/videos featuring child porn. Additionally, 17 videos depicting bestiality were located.

It appears that Conti would search for porn featuring young boys and some of the videos listed in the arrest report mentions boys between the ages of 7 and 13.

Conti has a scheduled court appearance for Feb. 24 at 9 a.m. in Henderson.
