Whaley, Dulguun Uranbaatar, Ryan Goida, Khing Lin Tun, Jeremiah Pale and Jose Aguilar are the men LVMPD arrested during the sting operation in January and the beginning of February.

According to the arrest reports, each man responded to an ad on a website for prostitution and after interacting with the decoy was told an age that was under the age of consent in Nevada.

The decoy gave the men different instructions that police later used to help identify the men as they approached the meet-up location.

Goida was asked to bring the girl a McNugget Happy Meal and the police report states he was arrested with a Happy Meal.

The arrest reports also show the other men had varying amounts of cash from $100 to $300 that matched the amounts requested prior to the meet-ups.

The report says Whaley had allegedly offered to pay $100 but later said he only had $70. At the time of his arrest, he had $70 in his pocket.

Whaley invoked his right to an attorney and did not answer questions during the interrogation.

A public information officer for the City of Henderson, Kathleen Richards, released this statement in regards to Whaley:

"Eric Whaley is a City of Henderson firefighter. He was hired on 6/5/17 and has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation."
