LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A grand jury has indicted Dominic Alexis Borjas-Flynn for the death of Marco Antonio Alvizo on Oct. 10 at an apartment complex near West Viking Road and Arville Street.
Police say that 3 people broke into an apartment and shot a man while he slept.
Alvizo was indicted for burglary while in possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit murder and murder with use of a deadly weapon.
The other 2 men who were reportedly involved have not been identified.
