Graffiti is not a new problem to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

A recent visitor posted a photo that she took on March 16 on the south side of Ash Canyon.

The photo shows a large boulder that has been painted with the names of Jen, Kenzi, Bella, Rachael and Tay, along with 3 hearts.

The visitor posted the photo on her Facebook page and encouraged people to share and turn in the people who committed the crime.

The Friends of Red Rock Canyon is continuously working to stop people from destroying the conservation area. They have a graffiti removal team and offer rewards up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone defacing Red Rock Canyon.

Graffiti can also be reported to BLM officials by calling 702-293-8932.
