Police are looking for a man who they say was under the influence when he ran a red light and hit a light pole.
According to an arrest report, Jason Spellman admitted to crashing into the pole near Vegas Drive and Decatur Boulevard on September 7, 2016.
The report also says Spellman showed signs of impairment during a field sobriety test. Police also say they found bags of a white substance in his pants pocket, which was tested and is suspected to be the drug "bath salts."
