UPDATE ON MARCH 20: The arrest report for the former foster parent accused of sexual assault has been released.

Las Vegas police were contact in November by a female who told Child Protective Services that her foster dad had molested her.

A detective made contact with the female in December. She told the detective that Grant Claycomb had touched her sexually at least 4 different times.

During the first incident, Grant allegedly went into the girl's room to tell her that his wife was leaving to pick up the other kids from day care. When she was gone, Grant returned to the bedroom and began rubing the girls thighs and buttocks. He didn't stop until his wife came home and began calling for him.

The second time it happened was in October. In that case, Grant allegedly began touching the girl while his wife and older kids were taking a nap. Apparently he felt guilty because the next day Grant told the girl that he was fasting or not eating because of what he had done. The girl say that Grant and his wife would often fast and would pray all day on Wednesdays.

Another incident happened when the girl was with Grant on a trip to a doughnut place. During that incident, he began rubbing her inner thigh and didn't stop until a religious message came on the radio about going to chuch on Sunday.

During another incident, Grant supposedly grabbed her buttock after dinner.

In January, the detective spoke to Grant's wife. Judy Claycomb told police that she believed the allegations to be true because of his past history of groping women and his preoccupation with pornography. She also said that another foster child had said that Grant touched her several years ago but then denied it later.

Judy Claycomb also told the detective that Grant had been sexually abused by a stepfather when he was younger.

The detective interviewed Grant in March. Grant told the detective abouu the sexual abuse as a child but denied abusing anyone himself. Initially he agreed to a polygraph but then changed his mind. He also denied groping women in the past.
