A manager at the Bellagio's Hyde nightclub is under investigation after a server says she was passed over for a job because she wouldn't have sex with him.
The server also says her manager demanded she sends him sexually explicit pictures and performs sexual favors.
Federal investigators are looking into the server's claims.
