HENDERSON (KTNV) — On Feb. 28, at approximately 9:15 a.m., the City of Henderson Police and Fire Department responded to the 600 block of National Street near Major Ave and Boulder Highway in reference to a 9-1-1 call of unknown trouble.
Upon police and fire arrival, officers spoke with a male and located an adult female deceased at the scene.
Henderson Detectives preliminary investigation revealed a disturbance had occurred between 72-year-old Narciso Ramos and a 75-year-old female who had sustained blunt force trauma to her head resulting in her death.
Narciso Ramos was arrested for Open Murder with a Deadly Weapon and booked into the Henderson Detention Center. The booking photo of Narciso Ramos is attached. The name of the decedent will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office pending notification of next of kin.
As this is an open investigation, no further details will be released at this time. This is being investigated as the third homicide for the City of Henderson for 2020.
