$2K reward offered after Mohave County Sheriff's Office deputy shot at

MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA (KTNV) — On Sunday at approximately 11:56 PM, a Deputy with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona attempted to conduct a traffic stop and was shot at by a person inside the vehicle.

After the shooting occurred, the vehicle drove away.

Mohave Silent Witness originally offered a reward of $750 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible. Mohave Silent Witness has now increased the reward amount to $2,000.

The Mohave Silent Witness group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the apprehension of wanted suspects through the posting of rewards. Reward money is raised through fundraisers and private donations. The group is managed and operated by an independent board, separate from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
