NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — North Las Vegas police say that 2 people are under arrest after a stolen car spun out of control and ended up in the courtyard of the North Las Vegas City Hall.
Police say they stopped the car in the Maya Cinemas parking lot before the car took off.
The driver was seen doing donuts and ultimately blowing a tire before loosing control heading northbound on Las Vegas Boulevard.
The car stopped just short of the city hall building.
