A fatal crash between two vehicles shut down the intersection of Decatur Boulevard and Russell Road for more than four hours Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 1:20 a.m. Police said 22-year-old Kristoffer Leigh drove a Cadillac Deville through a red light at Russell Road, hitting a Toyota Corolla.
Police arrested Leigh after he failed a sobriety test. A passenger in that car told Action News that they had just left a club. Both of them had minor injuries.
The driver of Toyota was killed in the crash. Police said he was a 61-year-old man. His identity will be released by the Clark County coroner.

Police just gave a briefing on the crash. They say one of the drivers was drunk and has been arrested. The other driver died.
