HENDERSON (KTNV) — Many youth sports are back today with several new rules to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
Gov. Steve Sisolak says low and no contact sports can begin competing again.
These are sports like baseball, soccer, swimming, and gymnastics.

Each league or team must adopt a sports safety plan and get it approved.
Several contact sports like football are left waiting on the sidelines.
That isn't sitting well with some families.
Those folks holding a protest today at the All-American park.
One of the parents...Says they have a plan to let kids play safely.
Sisolak also says no tournaments until Oct. 24.
