Vegas cookie company thanks frontline workers with gourmet treats

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A local cookie company is giving back to healthcare workers amid the coronavirus pandemic by delivering some gourmet treats to Las Vegas-area hospitals.

CurlyTop Baker, a gourmet cookie company, said ti wanted to recognize our heroes/first responders by baking up a little love and joy in the form of cookies to local hospitals.

The trays of cookies were delivered to UMC, Sunrise Hospital, and St. Rose Dominican Hospital, according to the store.

"Giving back to our local community is the foundation of CurlyTop Baker. Whether it is feeding the homeless or partnering with other local charitable organizations, we are passionate about making a difference," a representative of CurlyTop Baker said in a statement.

The gourmet cookies can also be found in resorts and casinos around town, specialty grocery stores, and online.
