LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A local artist painted the front of boarded-up buildings in the Arts District in Las Vegas.
Vegas is giving grants to small businesses in the district if they board and secure the front of their buildings during the coronavirus pandemic.
But they only get that money if there is art on the front with the hope of brightening up the area.
