LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Southern Nevada Health District is implementing a new notification system during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Representatives say the system will send a text or email if the recipient is in a broad area for COVID-19 or if the person came into contact with someone who tested positive for the virus.
The alert will also provide links to the necessary resources, according to the district.
