UPDATE: SAT exams set for June has been canceled, August tests still on

UPDATE APRIL 15: The SAT exam scheduled for June has been canceled, monthly testing is planned to restart in August.

ORIGINAL STORY: The two most well-known college entrances exams, SAT and ACT, have both canceled upcoming testing dates.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, College Board who administers the SAT, is canceling the May 2 SAT and SAT Subject Test administration.

College Board says it will share additional information and details directly with registered students and test centers. They have also set up this website.

The SAT exam scheduled for June 6 has not yet been canceled.

ACT has rescheduled its April 4 national test date to June 13 across the U.S.

All students registered for the April 4 test date will receive an email from ACT in the next few days informing them of the postponement and instructions for free rescheduling to June 13 or a future national test date.
