McCarran Airport reports massive drop in passengers last month compared to 2020

Travel is way down at one of the world's busiest airports. On Wednesday, Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport announced 1.5 million passengers last month. Compare that to 4 million in January of last year. That's more than a 63% drop.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Travel is way down at one of the world's busiest airports.
On Wednesday, Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport announced 1.5 million passengers last month. Compare that to 4 million in January of last year.
That's more than a 63% drop.
The biggest change was for international flights. Those are down 93%.
