LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A Las Vegas man has been working tirelessly to create masks for folks trying to protect themselves from COVID-19.

Glenn Adams says he's made close to 400 masks inside his photography studio in downtown Las Vegas.

“I knew I needed to do something, I couldn’t just sit at home and do nothing,” said Adams.

Adams began making masks even before the CDC recommended the use of a face cloth cover to slow the spread of the disease.

“It wasn’t just about just helping Las Vegas, it was helping anyone who needed it,” said Adams.

Adams constructs the masks from start to finish, and buys the fabric to make them.

Before shipping or delivering them, he puts designs on the masks.

Adams even made custom masks for Postal Service clerks after seeing workers around town not wearing any protection.

“The only hope that we can provide for people, is to give them the tools that they need so they can feel safe when they are out and about,” said Adams.
